NOTICE OF INVITATION OF BID PROPOSAL

HENRY COUNTY SOLID WASTE will be accepting sealed bids for the following equipment for the Henry County Recycling Center:

Three (3) 14-FOOT TRAILERS with 6-FOOT METAL MESH SIDEWALLS

Three (3) 18-FOOT TRAILERS with 6-FOOT METAL MESH SIDEWALLS

Detailed specifications and bid instructions can be viewed on the Henry County, Tenn., website at henrycountytn.org.

Bids should be returned in a sealed envelope with the words “Trailer Bid” marked clearly on the outside of envelope by FEBRUARY 16, 2023, at 2:00 PM when bids will be opened and read out loud. Mail bid packages to: Henry County Mayor, P.O. Box 7, Paris, TN. 38242.

These trailers will be paid partly with funding from the Tennessee Dept. of Environment and Conservation’s Solid Waste Assistance Recycling Equipment Grant.  See Exact Specifications Below.
